Education
Purpose
The Education program represents the first two years of a challenging and intensive quest for a four-year college or university degree in Education. This curriculum provides general education in a program leading to a career in teaching at the kindergarten, elementary, middle school, secondary, and/or post-secondary levels.
After completing the first two years at Dabney S. Lancaster Community College (DSLCC), the student will be able to transfer into the third year of a four-year college or university education discipline designed to prepare students to teach in varied educational settings.
